30-Day DOA

All products come with a 30-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) guarantee. If your product is defective upon arrival, we'll replace it immediately.

Manufacturer Warranty

1-3 Years

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Duration varies by brand and product type. We facilitate all warranty claims.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failures under normal use

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Damage from improper installation
  • Overclocking or modification damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage from power surges (unless specified)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumables and accessories (cables, manuals, etc.)
  • Software issues or data loss

Warranty Claim Process

    Submit a Claim

    Contact us at info@goldenpc.lk with your order number, product details, and description of the issue.

    Diagnosis

    Our technicians will diagnose the issue. We may request photos or remote access for software issues.

  3. 3

    Resolution

    For DOA items: immediate replacement. For warranty claims: repair or replacement per manufacturer policy.

Important Notes

  • Always keep your invoice as proof of purchase
  • Register your products with manufacturers when applicable
  • Warranty is non-transferable unless specified
  • Repaired or replaced products carry the remaining warranty period
  • We are not responsible for data loss - always back up your data
