Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services including Domex, Pronto Lanka, and CityPak to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. For high-value items, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact our customer support.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability, our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Large Items & PC Builds
Desktop computers, monitors, and other large items may require special handling. Our team will contact you to schedule delivery for custom PC builds and bulk orders to ensure safe handling and installation support if needed.
