1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GoldenPC website (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Payment must be completed before orders are processed.
  • We use secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you agree to their terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect items upon receipt and report damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Custom-built PCs and software are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Product Warranty

Individual components carry manufacturer warranties. GoldenPC provides a 3-year warranty on custom builds against assembly defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or overclocking-related failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GoldenPC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldenPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of products.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo.
