Return Process

    Email info@goldenpc.lk or call +94 11 234 5678 with your order number and reason for return.

    Get Return Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package & Ship

    Pack the item securely with all original accessories and the RMA number clearly marked.

    Refund or Exchange

    Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

Warranty Claims

For products under manufacturer warranty, we facilitate the warranty claim process. You can either bring the item to our store or ship it to us. We'll handle the communication with the manufacturer and keep you updated on the status.
